Well after returning from goa .. first thing i heard about was techie amith suffocating his wife …. Immediately before the detail news was out most of suspected infidelity behind this act …. Now qst arises was he right in killing his wife and then opting for capital punishment (suicide by hanging ) himself …
Here sexual dissatisfaction among one of partner as lead to the whole incident.. Well now who is the culprit to blame ?Husband or wife
Amith –simple , intelligent , from conservative family ( coz he opted for arrange marriage ) and sensitive person
Rinku – modern, financially independent, professionally successful and looking for best things in life
So there is lot difference between both characters … probability of their successful marriage was very low … clash of egos
well last night I kept thinking if I was in his place would I have done the same or not , coz no men ( from conservative family ) can easily accept his wife sleeping with other men when he is alive ….well where the other option that was available for him
1) to file divorce – india divorce is treated as social stigma and he would have looked down as looser by his frds and colleagues while his wife Rinku wud have started a second innings with her beloved lover …this wud have made him go thru more depression… so he choose to stand by his ego than by his life
I Think Rinku being women should have been more honest …sud have discussed her affair with him … atleast he would have forgiven her and would agree for divorce on outside the court settlement , but she did not care about his feeling for which she paid a heavy price
Earlier a businessmen from orissia killed his model gal frds mother and committed suicide … since she was having affair with other guy
so will this incident lead to more men (city full techies going thru bad patch of married life ) opting for same strategy of revenge… only time can tell this…. Professional Women should be more sensitive and care about husbands feeling
